Returns and refunds
We want you to love your order, like main-character-level love. But if something isn't right, here's how we handle it:
REFUNDS & EXCHANGES
Because some items are made in small batches to order, we do not accept general returns or exchanges. Please shop intentionally. Impulsive decisions are cute until they involve shipping costs.
DAMAGED & INCORRECT ITEMS
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, that's on us - not you. Email us within 7 days of delivery with:
- Your order number
- A photo of the issue
- A quick description (bonus points for dramatic storytelling)
We'll replace it or refund it, depending on the situation. No need for tears.
LOST PACKAGES
Once your package leaves our hands, it's in the chaotic universe of the postal system. If tracking says it's delivered but you don't see it:
- Check with neighbors
- Check with your household
- Check any weird bushes it might've been thrown into
If it truly ghosted you, reach out - we'll see what we can do, but we can't guarantee free replacements for carrier mistakes.
ADDRESS OOPSIES
If an item is shipped to the wrong address because the wrong address was entered at checkout, we can't issue refunds or replacements.
We're talented, but we can't mind-read (yet).
REFUND TIMING
Approved refunds are processed within 3-7 business days, depending on your bank. If you're watching your account like a hawk...same, honestly.
